Project Description

The aim with this project is to develop energy efficient, flexible and robust methods for wireless communications, tailored to measurement and time-critical control in the process industry. The goal is to obtain new and smart solutions for measuring, communication and networking.

Outline

We will focus on the following issues:

WP1: Radio measurements at the ISM bands in industrial environments
WP2: Development of tools for smart network deployment
WP3: Dynamic coordination of network topologies for control systems
WP4: Wake-up radio for event based control
WP5: Demonstration and verification
