Estimation of  the Swedish time correction factor LYS  using the formula

LYS2=0.2718*(LÖA^0.2801)*(B^0.0491)*(DEPL^-0.1336)*(SA^0.2196)*(PELP^0.1798)

where SA is estimated as SA=(P*E+T*LP)/2  and PELP=P(E+LP).  All units in meters and tons.

This formula estimates LYS for the boats in the table over the Lidingö yardstick from ESYS  (descriptions of the parameters ) which have nonzero values for the parameters LÖA, B, DEPL, P, E, T, LP, SL and SMW and have LYS > 0.80, with an error:

            less than 0.025 for 67% of the boats,
            less than 0.038 for 86% of the boats and
            less than 0.051 for 96% of the boats.
