Facilities

Among the facilities at the Microwave Group ar equipment for microelectronic probing up to 325 GHz and anechoic and reverberation (mutimode) chambers for antenna measurements in the microwave and millimeterwave ranges. In the design advanced EM-simulation tools are used (ADS, CST, IE3D, Momentum and HFSS).

An important facility in Uppsala is the microelectronic and micromachining processing laboratory at the Angstrom Laboratory which is also used by the Microwave Group
